To Your Health!
"There's no doubt in my mind that maybe two years from now or five years from now or ten years from now, we are going to find out what we know intuitively, that thimerosal, the mercury in the vaccines, absolutely causes autism and other learning disabilities." -- Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.
"Keeping your body healthy is an expression of gratitude to the whole cosmos - the trees, the clouds, everything."
-Thich Nhat Hanh
"We are indeed much more than what we eat, but what we eat can nevertheless help us to be much more than what we are."
-Adelle Davis
"The body, simply put, can heal itself of nearly all chronic degenerative diseases or conditions in much the same way it heals a cut or a sprain. The human body is a self-repairing system, after all. What you have to do is give it the right nutritional tools so it can unleash its fullest healing potential. And that comes from natural medicines found in the world of nutrition."
-Mike Adams
"Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God--this is your spiritual act of worship."
Romans 12:1, NIV

That's adorable. "There you grow again" LOL
Wow...you've big boys T! It won't be long before you'll look em right in the eyes and tell them to find matching socks...lol!
Rohini - :-)
Dawn - Ha ha! Noah goes through socks so fast that I just throw out the one with the hole and let him wear them mis-matched with others in the same predicament. At least they all kind of match--they're all Spider-man!
That's awesome! What do you use to make these??? I wanna try to!
Sorry, I'm not such a regular anymore but I am sooo busy. It is hard to manage this one life of mine over here... I have no idea how you manage SO MANY!

oh thats so pretty!!
is scrapbooking stuff expensive there? here it can really add up!!
Ace - The photo editing software I use for digital layouts is Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0. You can get digital papers, embellishments, fonts, and all sorts of other goodies for free or extremely cheap all over the internet--it's fast, it's frugal, and it's fun! (Those are what I will henceforth in my life refer to as "The Three F's". A few sites I recommend are www.scrapgirls.com, www.digishoppe.com, www.2peasinabucket.com, www.shabbyprincess.com.
Careful--it's a bit addicting.
Mom - Thanks!
Hi, Grafx! Pretty sure it's expensive everywhere. I've been collecting for four years now, so I have quite the stash, but it's a little daunting when you first get started. Digital is nice (like this), because the stuff is all much cheaper (see my above note to Aakanksha) and you can use it over and over and over again. Up here, Costco will print a 12x12 page for $2.99. I've heard it's the same in some places in the States, but you have to check around locally to find out. There's also some well-reviewed online services that will print that size.
Or, you could scrap everything on 8 1/2x 11 and print it yourself at home. (That's what I do for a rather personal album I have started, so no one else gets to see it.)
With your experience, I bet you could come up with some really amazing digital layouts. Have you checked out the digital gallery at 2 Peas in a Bucket? If not, you should go over there and take a look-see. One of my favourite digital designers is Jasi. I plan on posting one of her layouts here soon.
Thanks for the compliment!
